You’ll leave this workshop with a 4 step action plan that you can implement over the course of 2 weeks that will radically shift the way you feel when you wake up. We’ll chat about good food, sound nutrition, effective movement, self-care strategies, and how setting your daily intentions is the key to a day well lived.
